Dale Smith

Dale Smith, CSP, is a Global HSSE Program Manager at Shell Oil Company, where they lead risk evaluations and manage HSSE projects on a global scale. With over 25 years of experience in health, safety, security, and environmental sectors across companies such as GDF SUEZ, ExxonMobil, BP, and INEOS, Dale has developed a strong expertise in regulatory compliance and program management. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and are pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of the Mainland.
