Dalia Eltabie

Dalia Eltabie is a Senior Cost Estimating and Planning Engineer at Shell, possessing over six years of experience in planning and scheduling, with more than a year dedicated to cost estimation for upstream projects. Currently reporting to the Developments Manager, Dalia is responsible for planning and estimating costs for both onshore and offshore projects, as well as overseeing risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Previously, Dalia served as an Integrated Planning Manager at BG Group in Egypt, where they led the integrated planning process and collaborated with the leadership team to enhance business strategy and asset performance. Dalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University. In 2018, they were nominated for the “Next Generation Women in Energy” award at EGYPS.
