Daniel Harlow

Daniel Harlow is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as a Domestic Freight Charterer at Shell since July 2017, where previous roles include Marine Technical Advisor, Regional Maritime Assurance Assessor, and HSSE and Incidents Advisor. In addition to this role, Daniel Harlow serves as Board Secretary for Women Offshore since April 2024. Daniel Harlow has a notable background in the U.S. Navy Reserve, holding the rank of Lieutenant from November 2007 to April 2022.
