Daniel Sosna

Daniel Sosna is the Tax Counsel Lead for US Advice, Controversy, and Litigation at Shell. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a Managing Director in Ernst & Young's National Tax Department, focusing on transfer pricing and international tax controversy. With a robust background in tax dispute resolution, Daniel also worked as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Bingham McCutchen, specializing in tax controversy and litigation. Daniel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where they graduated with distinction, as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) in Taxation from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude.
