Daniel Wieczorek has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting process management, with a strong focus on executing financial controls and leading high-performance teams. They previously held roles at Shell Oil Company, including Financial Control Deploy and Design Manager, where they enhanced the Financial Control Framework and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Daniel began their career as an Assistant Chief Accountant at RINF and has since advanced through various roles, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality financial processes and metrics achievement. They earned a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Akademia Ekonomiczna in Wrocław and have completed postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards.
