Daphne Liao

Daphne Liao is a Senior LNG Account Manager at Shell Eastern Trading Limited, a position they have held since 2012. Having joined Shell in 1996, Daphne has accumulated extensive experience in various roles across the downstream and upstream sectors, primarily focusing on the Greater China market. Previously, they served as Business Development Manager in Taiwan, overseeing LNG business development and managing key stakeholder relationships. Daphne holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Feng Chia University.
