Previously, they served in various roles at Shell, including Reliability and Integrity Manager, where they managed teams overseeing field execution of pipeline integrity plans. Darwin's extensive background includes serving as an Engineer at Plantation Pipeline and various engineering positions at ExxonMobil, where they coordinated operations and environmental management across several states. They began their career in the US Navy as an Engineering Aide and Aviation Officer Candidate, and hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University.
