David Connolly

David Connolly is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President Finance for Australia and Vice President Finance for Gas & Power Trading in the Americas at Shell since November 2016, David previously held multiple finance leadership positions at QGC from August 2010 to November 2016, including Finance Director and Vice President Finance. Prior experience at BHP from April 1997 to August 2010 encompassed roles such as Vice President Finance, Global Controller of the Production Division, and various finance and commercial positions across different divisions. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Queensland University of Technology and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
