David Deline is an experienced Gulf of Mexico Abandonment Manager currently overseeing significant projects in the field. They previously held various roles at Shell from 2015 to 2018, including Team Lead for Completions & Technology Effectiveness in Canada, where they directed a multi-discipline group in designing completions for unconventional oil and gas. They also led subsurface professionals at Na Kika NOV, focusing on development and delivery of hydrocarbon resources. David earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Geophysics and Seismology from Queen's University between 1996 and 2003.
