David Parker is a leader in Low Carbon and Climate Technology with over 15 years of experience. They currently serve as the Head of Technology for Feedstocks & Ethanol at Shell, leading initiatives to enhance sustainable fuel production. Previously, David held various roles within Shell, including Global Manager for Biodomain in New Energies Research & Technology, and served as a Visiting Professor in Synthetic Biology at Exeter University from 2013 to 2021. David is also a current member of the board at VISION Bioenergy Oilseeds and is pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
