David Purcell

David Purcell is currently the Global NOC Relationships Manager at Shell, leading the Strategic Relationship Management Team and advising senior executives on relational issues with major commercial counterparties. They previously held positions such as Director of Investment Promotion and Analysis at the Australian Federal Treasury and Chief Executive at Invest Australia. David has also served as the Minister-Counsellor for Energy and Agriculture at the Australian Permanent Delegation to the OECD and was a Principal Adviser to the Australian Prime Minister’s Strategic Investment Coordinator. Their career includes extensive experience managing commercial relationships within the oil and energy sectors.
