David Sparks

David Sparks, MBA, has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as an Advisor for Learning Mobility Americas and previously as an Advisor for Downstream Learning Excellence & Knowledge Management at Shell since 2007. In these roles, David led the user acceptance testing for Workday and coordinated quarterly business reviews for Downstream Organizational Development and Learning. Additionally, David has experience as a Cross Site Learning Analyst and Field Learning Advisor, focusing on training and learning activities across various departments. From 2018 to 2020, David contributed as a Board Member for HERE I AM ORPHAN MINISTRIES INC, helping to shape the organization's strategic vision. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Preacher at Shepherd Church of Christ. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Organizational Development from Oklahoma Christian University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from the same institution.
