In the past, they served in various roles at Tesco Polska, managing product categories and developing purchasing strategies across multiple countries. Presently, they hold the position of SC/CP Lead for IDT Applications at Shell, where they oversee operational contract management and develop commercial strategies. Dawid earned a master's degree in management in sports from Uniwersytet Jagielloński.
