Deborah Upson

Deborah Upson is a seasoned regulatory specialist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Since March 1981, Upson has been with Shell Oil Company, bringing significant expertise in regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Upson worked as a regulatory analyst at Occidental Petroleum Corp. and Occidental Oil from 2000 to 2001. Upson began the regulatory career as a regulatory specialist at El Paso from September 2001 to August 2006. Upson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Prairie View A&M University, earned between 1970 and 1974.
