Derek Fraser is currently the Head of Talent & Resourcing Operations at Shell, where they leverage over 20 years of international HR experience to drive business and HR strategy development. Previously, they held various positions at Shell, including HR Information & Integration Manager and Senior Talent Advisor, contributing significantly to HR analytics and strategic workforce planning. Derek also served as HR Business Partner at Wood Group PSN, Inc., where they developed strategies for employee mobilization and international recruitment. They hold a BA Hons in Fine Art from Robert Gordon's University and a CIPD qualification from Aberdeen College.
