Desheng Li

Desheng Li has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Licensing Director at 壳牌 since 2008, after progressing from Senior Account Executive between 2005 and 2007. Prior to joining 壳牌, Desheng Li worked as a Technologist in Hydroprocessing at 中国石油 from 1999 to 2002, and held the position of Technical Manager at the same company. Academically, Desheng Li earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from 大连理工大学 between 1997 and 1999, following a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Processing from 华东理工大学, completed in 1990.
