Desmond Lim

Desmond Lim is an experienced project engineer currently employed at Shell since May 2023, where responsibilities include the planning and coordination of EV charger installation projects and collaboration with the operations team on new business models. Previously, Desmond served as a Senior Project Engineer at Greenlots from July 2021 to May 2023, leading the implementation of EV chargers for private drivers and managing various project delivery aspects. Desmond's earlier experience includes roles at Carlton Hotel Singapore, where responsibilities progressed from Senior Engineer to Chief Engineer, focusing on system efficiency, team management, and quality performance. Desmond also held an engineering position at Grand Hyatt Singapore, overseeing maintenance and preventive systems, and completed an internship at NORDAM. Desmond holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
