Devin Rogers

Devin Rogers, P.Eng, is currently a Contracts and Procurement Lead for Completions at Shell. With extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, Devin previously served as a Project Manager at CNOOC International, leading drilling and completion projects and implementing innovative technologies. Earlier, they worked as a Field Engineer at Halliburton, where they provided drilling fluid consulting services to major oil producers and received the Halliburton MVP award. Devin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant while pursuing their degree.
