Dexter Benda is a Senior Production Engineer currently supporting a 20K project with Shell, where they drive design and risk assessment efforts for deepwater wells. Previously, Dexter successfully led the startup of Shell’s Vito platform, achieving a significant production ramp-up while maintaining safety standards. Dexter also has extensive experience in deepwater well interventions and has served as a Hockey Official in the greater Houston area since 2006, officiating at various levels. Dexter holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
