Dez Gallien, CSP, is an oil and gas professional with a decade of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management across North and South America. They have served in various roles, including Health Safety & Environmental Advisor at Shell, where Dez led safety assurance and strategic EHS initiatives, achieving Zero Harm performance.
