Dhruv Gaur

Dhruv Gaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in supply chain integration, low carbon fuels, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Integration Manager at Shell since August 2015, Dhruv has successfully developed strategies to streamline procurement and enhance project alignment in the Fabrication, Construction, and Decommissioning sectors. Previous roles include Commercial Manager for Low Carbon Fuels, Strategy Consultant, and Strategy Advisor, all at Shell, where contributions were made towards decarbonization initiatives and competitive intelligence projects. Earlier career experiences encompass oil exploration and geology roles at Cairn India Ltd, The University of Auckland, and Schlumberger, along with internships focused on mineral exploration and waste management. Dhruv holds an Integrated M.Tech in Geological Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and additional qualifications from INSEAD and the Indian School of Business.
