With extensive experience in automation engineering, Dick has held various roles within Shell, including Senior Operation Technician and Turn Around Coordinator. They have also contributed to local governance as a board member with Meerdoen Schoonebeek and served as Vice Chair and Chair of Dorpsbelangen Schoonebeek. Currently, Dick is the Chairman of the Final Control Elements/Valves Workgroup at WIB.nl.
