Diego Gracioso

Diego Gracioso is an experienced Exploration Geoscientist with a strong focus on the pre-salt play, currently serving as the Exploration Lead for Brazil Assets at Shell. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Exploration Geoscientist and Team Leader for Portfolio Maturation within the company, where they excelled in Seismic Interpretation and Geoscience operations across various Brazilian basins. Diego completed a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Geology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and began their career at Shell Brasil Ltda. as an intern in competitive intelligence and GIS.
