Dimphy Wilms

Dimphy Wilms is the Engineering Manager at Shell Energy & Chemicals Park Rotterdam, where they lead projects and oversee engineering disciplines for a large team. With prior experience as a Project Manager and Operations Manager at Applus RTD, Dimphy has a strong foundation in managing technical teams and ensuring asset reliability. They also serve as a non-executive director at Ellba B.V., representing Shell in a joint venture with BASF. Dimphy earned an MSc in Materials Science and Engineering from Delft University of Technology and completed a course on Leading the Effective Sales Force at INSEAD. Currently, they are pursuing a Post HBO in Maintenance and Management at Hogeschool Utrecht.
