Doen Xian Ong is currently serving as Legal Counsel in the Upstream division at Shell, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Shell as Legal Counsel for Global Litigation from 2015 to 2021. Doen Xian began their legal career at Skrine, where they served as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Dispute Resolution Division in 2015. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from UCL and completed the Bar Vocational Course at City University London.
