Dominik Spyra

Dominik Spyra is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Global Manager of Contingent Workforce Operations at Shell, where they lead a team in Krakow and oversee operations in Poland and Malaysia, managing over 10,000 contractors across 18 countries. Dominik has held various roles at Shell since 2009, including HR Services Team Leader and International Mobility - Global Head of Mobility Operations. They earned a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on International Relations from the University of Economics in Cracow, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing and Event Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
