Donna Birbiglia

Donna Birbiglia has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Technical Vice President at Shell since August 2018. Prior to this role, Donna held various senior positions within Shell, including VP Wells Performance and Planning and Global Deepwater Completions, Interventions, Well Testing Manager at Shell International E&P, Projects and Technology. With a background in engineering, Donna also served as Engineering Team Lead for Malaysia and Philippines and held leadership roles in well completions and subsea engineering across multiple Shell subsidiaries. Donna earned a B.Eng Hons in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde between 1986 and 1990.
