Dougal Grant is currently the Managing Director at Shell Deepwater Brunei, where they manage all aspects of upstream technical integration and co-create development strategies. With extensive experience at Shell International and Shell Oil Company, Dougal has held various leadership roles, including Senior Geologist and Opportunity Delivery Team Lead, where they led subsurface well delivery and development projects. Dougal earned a Master's in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen. Since 2018, they have served on the Strategy Advisory Board at Heriot-Watt University.
