Dr. Sandhya Sundar Ram

Dr. Sandhya Sundar Ram is a senior leader in the energy sector with over two decades of global experience in M&A transactions and carbon storage. They currently serve as the Head of Exploration and Development at Shell, overseeing carbon capture and storage initiatives across the U.S. Previously, Dr. Sundar Ram held a range of roles at Shell, including Development Planner and Subject Matter Expert, where they contributed to significant cost improvements and strategic assessments. They also have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and were a gold medalist and valedictorian during their undergraduate studies at the University of Madras.
