Dustin Pashko

Dustin Pashko, C.E.T., is currently a Lead Wells Supervisor at Shell, where they supervise drilling, completions, and intervention activities. Their career began at Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Specialist from 2007 to 2010, and they later worked at Talisman Energy as a Senior Operator from 2010 to 2013. Dustin has been recognized for implementing safety policies that significantly reduced incidents, as well as for achieving substantial cost savings in operations. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology at Memorial University, expected to complete in 2026. In their personal life, Dustin enjoys woodworking, machining, 3D printing, and golfing.
