Edouard Ogarro is an experienced NDE Technician and Senior Refinery Inspector with a comprehensive background in conducting inspections and overseeing refinery operations. Ogarro began a career at St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, as a Summer Intern, assisting in environmental inspections and financial coordination. Following this, Ogarro worked with Raytheon Catalytic and Jacob Pan-American, leading the east side inspection group and performing various inspection methods on refinery equipment. From June 2001 to April 2012, Ogarro served as a Refinery Senior Area Inspector at HOVENSA, LLC, managing several process units and leading major outages and turnarounds. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northwood University of Florida.
