Ehren Hock

Ehren Hock, IHRP-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a background in global human resources, specializing in employee relations and industrial relations at Shell. Ehren's career includes roles as HR Business Partner for Global Lubricants and currently serves as an IR Advisor for Non-Manufacturing, where they manage employee grievances and lead collective bargaining negotiations. Ehren’s academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business with First Class Honours from Nanyang Business School and international experience through studies at Copenhagen Business School. Prior to their time at Shell, Ehren completed internships at Civil Service College and NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd.
