Emma Smeele

Emma Smeele is the Global Head of Learning - Leadership & Enterprise at Shell, where they oversee global portfolios related to Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and more. Emma's career began as an Occupational Psychologist at Capita and The Psychometrics Centre, followed by a Learning Consultant role at Royal Dutch Shell. Emma progressed within Shell, holding various managerial positions focused on organizational development and learning from 2016 to 2018. Emma holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University and a BSc in Psychology from Swansea University.
