Erica Bryant

Erica Bryant is the Head of U.S. Policy, Benefits and Services at Shell, where they oversee various HR policies, compensation, and welfare plans. They previously held roles at Shell including HR Manager for multiple downstream businesses and Vice President of Human Resources, providing strategic leadership across the Americas. Erica's earlier experience includes serving as an Industrial Relations Manager and working as a Human Capital Advisory Services Consultant at Deloitte & Touche. They also owned and operated a successful franchise and earned a B.B.A. in Business Management from Howard University.
