Eris Dohilio

Eris Dohilio serves as the E2E Performance & Growth Lead at Shell, where they focus on aligning teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance and growth. With experience as a Certified Scrum Master, Eris embraces an agile approach that fosters collaboration and continuous learning. Prior to their current role, Eris held various positions at Shell, including Commercial Specialist and Continuous Improvement Lead. Eris graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in International/Global Studies from Cavite State University and pursued a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
