Erwin Adams

Erwin Adams is a Principal Geologist at Shell Technology Centre Amsterdam (STCA), where they focus on geology and new reservoir types. They previously served as a Senior Exploration Geoscientist at Petroleum Development Oman from 2015 to 2018 and held various roles at Sarawak Shell Berhad, including Senior Production Geologist and Exploration Geologist. Erwin completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2001 to 2004, working on digital-field mapping projects in Namibia and Australia. They earned both their MSc and PhD in Geology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
