Ewa Bujak-Riedel

Ewa Bujak-Riedel is currently the SC Manager for Performance Ops Change & Engage at Shell, where they define and implement strategies for stakeholder engagement and communication across 1,300 Supply Chain Operations employees. Previously, they served as an Advisor for Learning Event Services and led a team of HR Advisors in DACH Operations, focusing on employee experience and change initiatives. Ewa began their career at Comarch AG as a Marketing Specialist, managing diverse marketing projects and events. They hold a Magister degree in Management and Marketing from Jagiellonian University and studied Business Administration at HEC Liège.
