Fabian Figredo

Fabian Figredo is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Shell since January 2019, where Fabian leads a team in charge of recruitment for Chennai and develops resourcing plans focused on volume, capabilities, and diversity. Prior roles include serving as an Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Advisor at Shell and the Human Resources Head for Tamil Nadu at Indus Towers Limited. Fabian has extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and strategic planning through previous positions at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services, Aditya Birla Money Ltd., and Salcomp Plc. Fabian holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Anna University Chennai and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
