Farah Silas

Farah Silas is a seasoned supply chain professional with a strong background in commercial deal-making and sustainability. They served as Regional Category Manager for Energy at Shell Eastern Petroleum from 2015 to 2019, where they managed the energy spend for Shell's Manufacturing East business and led complex external negotiations. Prior to that, Farah held various roles at Shell, contributing to procurement strategies and performance management. They earned a 1st Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and completed a Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
