Fatima Leyva

Ma Fatima "Faith" Leyva has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and organizational development. At Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), roles included HR Recruitment Associate, HR Business Partner Associate, and HR Organizational Development Associate, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and managing manpower requests across various segments. Previous experience also includes serving as a Recruitment Assistant at BPI and briefly as an HR Process and Systems Specialist at Shell. Leyva holds a degree in AB Psychology, with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Cavite.
