Femi Onita

Femi Onita is a seasoned energy professional with two decades of experience in Petrophysics and related fields. Currently a Staff Petrophysicist at Shell Exploration and Production USA, Femi focuses on maintaining production levels for the Mars and Olympus assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Femi's expertise includes well delivery, pore pressure prediction, and reservoir surveillance, while also championing innovative technologies in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). Previous roles include positions at Ikon Science and Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria, where Femi contributed to significant projects and advancements in integrated reservoir modeling and exploration strategies. Femi holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Geoscience from Imperial College London.
