Flora Ji is the Vice President of Shell's global Nature Based Solutions (NBS) business, where they lead initiatives aimed at climate change mitigation through the development of natural carbon sinks. They joined Shell in 2006, after gaining early experience as an HR intern at Motorola Electronics China Ltd. Flora has held various operational, commercial, and business development roles across Shell's upstream and downstream sectors in regions including China, Kazakhstan, and The Netherlands. Currently based in Singapore, Flora is dedicated to empowering local communities and scaling nature-based projects in collaboration with public and private stakeholders. They hold an MBA from IMD Business School and have pursued further education in business-related disciplines.
