Frances Hinden

Frances Hinden is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and asset management, particularly within the Shell organization. Serving as Managing Director at Shell Asset Management Company B.V. from September 2021 to June 2023, Frances has previously held significant roles at Shell, including Group Treasurer and Treasurer of Holdings & Treasury Companies. Further contributions to Shell International Ltd involved serving as Treasurer and General Manager of Trustee Services, alongside a tenure as Vice President of Treasury Operations from August 2014 to August 2021. Frances led a global team focused on liquidity, foreign exchange, banking, and cash management while also playing a key role in the LIBOR transition as vice-chair of the Bank of England Working Group on Risk Free Rates. Academically, Frances holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1987 and 1994.
