Frances van Seters-van Dam

Frances van Seters-van Dam is a Senior Investigator at Shell, where they have also served as the Regional Head of the Business Integrity Department for Europe, CIS, and the Middle East. Previously, they held roles such as Ethics and Compliance Manager at Shell International and Global Compliance Manager in the Business Integrity Department. Frances's career began with a decade as a Detective Inspector at the Police Rotterdam-Rijnmond, after which they worked as a Notary Assistant at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Frances earned a Master of Criminal Investigation in Financial Crime from the Police Academy of the Netherlands.
