Francois Olivier

Francois Olivier has over a decade of experience in IT and service operations management, currently serving as the Retail IT Operational Landscape Manager for Shell since December 2015, focusing on service operations management for Shell Retail in South Africa. Prior to this role, Francois worked at Sasol from October 2012 to December 2015 as a Networks Specialist and Senior Networks Analyst. Previous positions include ITIL Service Delivery Coordinator and System Administrator at T-Systems from 2010 to 2012 and 2008 to 2010, respectively, as well as an IT Specialist at Paracon from 2006 to 2008. Educational achievements include ongoing studies in DevOps Foundation v2 at Torque IT since 2017, and certifications as a Prince2 Practitioner and ITIL v.3 Expert from Foster-Melliar. Francois' foundational education includes attendance at SP Guards - Voortrekkerhoogte and HS Transvalia.
