Frank Lafuente

Frank Lafuente, P.E. PMP, is an experienced program manager and senior project engineer at Shell since June 2013, overseeing capital and business development projects for lubricant plants in Houston, Los Angeles, and Portland. Previous experience includes serving as PCE/Mechanical Engineering Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, managing projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million, and leading the Principal Heat Transfer Engineering Group at KBR, Inc. Frank has also contributed to the International Space Station as a Flight Safety Systems Engineer at SAIC and a Flight Controller at United Space Alliance. Frank holds an M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Downtown, a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
