Frank Ollerhead

Frank Ollerhead is a Maritime Project Manager with over 33 years of diverse maritime experience, supported by a background in engineering apprenticeship and university education. Currently, they manage maritime projects at Shell, having successfully delivered three purpose-built CO2 carriers for the Northern Lights Joint Venture. Previously, they served in various roles at Shell, including Site Project Manager for the first CO2 ships built for a commercial CCS project and Shipping Manager for the first CCS project and new build CO2 vessel. Frank has extensive experience in ship operations, superintendent duties, and offshore project management. They are pursuing a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Liverpool John Moores University.
