Frank van Breukelen

Frank van Breukelen is a Chief Process Engineer and Global Discipline Head at Shell, providing functional leadership to a global community of 3,000 process engineers. With previous experience as a Vice President of Engineering Upstream and Regional Service Manager, Frank has held various managerial roles within the company since 2007. Prior to joining Shell, they worked as a Senior Technologist in Lower Olefins at Basell from 1996 to 1999. Frank holds a Master's degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, which was completed in 1986.
