Fred Saraber is currently a Project Manager for Phase 2 at Shell Development Oman, a position they hold since 2022. Previously, Fred was a Project Manager for the Sakhalin Energy On-Shore Production Facilities Compression Project from 2021 to 2023, and served as Construction Manager at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. from 2017 to 2021. Fred's experience at Shell includes roles as Project Manager for Iraq LNG and Project Portfolio Development Manager for Downstream New Fuels & Energies from 2012 to 2017, along with serving as Head of Projects at Shell Pernis Refinery from 2006 to 2012.
