Gary Walker

Gary Walker is a Business Development Lead at Shell, where they focus on M&A transactions in renewables and upstream projects. With a background as a corporate lawyer at Paull & Williamsons LLP, they gained experience in M&A, contract negotiation, and intellectual property. Prior to their current role, they served as M&A Legal Counsel at Shell, leading over 30 transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Gary also held senior legal and commercial positions at Ensco plc and TAQA, where they managed non-operated interests and negotiated various oil and gas agreements. They earned a First Class degree from the University of Aberdeen.
